Raching MON2800A Electric Humidor 1,300 Cigar Capacity

From my initial phone call to Refined Traditions to the packed humidor sitting in my living room my purchasing experience was excellent. I put hours of research into buying an appropriate humidor for my needs and kept coming back to the model that I purchased. Raching MON2800A Black 1300-Cigar Cimate Controlled Humidor. My contact Sage was patient and thorough with my many questions. The delivery was included in the price which definitely sealed the deal. I was hoping for delivery inside the house and unpacking but thank goodness I had a experienced friend to help me unpack the wooden crate and then cardboard box inside the crate and helped me get it in the front door and placed without incident in my living room. Side note: measure carefully… where I initially wanted to place the unit did not fit, so I opted for another space and was lucky. I read the manual many times before I attempted to start her up and to be perfectly honest, I thought it was going to be a difficult process. No seasoning! Basically add about two gallons of distilled water and the machine does the rest. The only hiccups that I encountered was the digital display was in Chinese! It looked fascinating, but obviously could not read it. Sage took care of that swiftly. I received directions directly from Raching and figured it out in one go. Also, I knew going in that the shelving would be typical in the sense that when you pull them out they fall at a certain point downward. There is an option for glided shelving but I would have had to wait for a custom job from China, possibly months and you do lose cigar space with this option, so I will have to deal with it as is. The temperature and humidity level has been the best part, you set it @ 70/70, it stays put. Amazing machine.
