Domestic Shipping Policy

Refined Traditions proudly serves collectors within the contiguous United States. We offer free standard shipping on all orders of $75 or more. For orders under $75, a flat-rate shipping fee of $9.98 applies.

  • Alaska, Hawaii & International Collectors: While our standard online checkout only processes orders within the lower 48 states, we are happy to accommodate deliveries outside the contiguous U.S. Please contact us directly before purchasing so our team can secure a custom, accurate shipping quote for your location.

Standard orders are securely dispatched via UPS, FedEx, or USPS. To ensure the absolute safety of our large-scale humidor cabinets and oversized merchandise, these select items are shipped via specialized freight carriers.

  • Handling Time: 2–3 Business Days (Monday–Friday)
  • Transit Time: 5–7 Business Days (Monday–Friday)
  • Total Estimated Delivery: 7–10 Business Days

Special Note on Premium Humidor Cabinets (Raching & Yohtron)

Because we partner directly with elite manufacturers to secure the finest inventory, shipping timelines for Raching and Yohtron humidors vary based on current stock allocation:

  • U.S. In-Stock Items: Typically arrive within 7–12 business days.
  • Overseas Warehouse Vaults: If an item must be dispatched directly from the manufacturer's overseas facility, delivery can take up to 60 days (excluding initial processing lead times).
