Shipping policy

At this time, Refined Traditions is only shipping to the United States. We are pleased to offer free shipping on all orders above $75. For all other orders, we charge a $9.98 flat rate for shipping through either UPS or USPS. For oversize orders, such as our large humidor cabinets, orders will be dispatched through a freight carrier at the discretion of our suppliers.

Average Shipping Time: 4-9 Business Days (Monday-Friday)

Average Delivery Time: 6-12 Business Days

Please note that shipping times for Raching humidors may vary depending on inventory availability. If the item is in stock within the United States, orders typically arrive within 7–12 business days. However, if the product must be shipped from an overseas warehouse, delivery may take up to 50 days, not including lead time for processing.
