Refund policy
Returns & Exchanges
- We only accept returns within a 14 day period from delivery
- We require all items dispatched through freight carrier to be inspected upon arrival
- We require all returned merchandise to be returned with all original packaging and included items, as it was delivered
- Customers are responsible for return shipping, which can be up to several hundred dollars for heavy items like our humidor cabinets
- All shipping costs are non-refundable
- We accept exchanges, if the product is damaged or defective upon arrival
- Refund eligibility depends upon the condition of your item upon arrival, as well as warranty coverage for the specific brand of the product
- If you initiate a refund within the 14 day period, we will issue your refund within 7-12 business days
Upon receiving your order, we urge you to inspect your merchandise thoroughly. If you find any items to be defective or if there was damage during shipping, please reach out to our customer service email directly within 14 calendar days at info@refinedtraditions.com.
To proceed with a return, we will coordinate with you to send back the merchandise. Please note, it is essential to inspect all items shipped via truck freight at the point of delivery. Should you find any visible or concealed damage, report it immediately to the driver to facilitate a claim process.
All returned items must be in their original, unused condition, including all packaging materials, accessories, and manuals. We accept returns for defective or damaged items within the 14 day period, but also for items that arrive as promised, but may not be exactly what you wanted. Following a thorough inspection, we will issue an exchange, credit, or refund based on the item's value.
Refunds
If a product arrives to you damaged or defective in any way, and you contact us within 14 business days from its delivery, we will happily issue you either a refund or an exchange. This is also the case if you are dissatisfied with our products in any way upon arrival. You may choose between a refund for the cost of the product (excluding delivery costs), or an exchange of the same model as your original purchase.
