Shipping & Returns Policy

Standard Delivery - USA

Currently, we only ship within the United States. We utilize UPS and the U.S. Postal Service for most of our orders, while oversized merchandise and large size orders are dispatched via freight carrier. We strive to process and ship all orders within 48 business hours. Additionally, we are pleased to offer free shipping within the U.S. for orders $75 and up, ensuring a seamless and cost-effective shopping experience for our customers.

Returns & Exchanges

Upon receiving your order, we urge you to inspect your merchandise thoroughly. If you find any items to be defective or if there was damage during shipping, please reach out to our customer service email directly within 14 calendar days at robert@refinedtraditions.com. If you contact us after this period, a 20% restocking fee will apply.

To proceed with a return, we will coordinate with you to send back the merchandise. Please note, it is essential to inspect all items shipped via truck freight at the point of delivery. Should you find any visible or concealed damage, report it immediately to the driver to facilitate a claim process.

Before returning any merchandise, a Return Authorization must be obtained from customer service. All returned items must be in their original, unused condition, including all packaging materials, accessories, and manuals. Following a thorough inspection, we will issue an exchange, credit, or refund based on the item's value.

Please be aware that return shipping costs for products outside the scope of damages or defects will be the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, initial delivery charges are non-refundable.
